Working on finishing up my blog about Roaming the globe in 2019 which I hope to publish soon. In the meantime Roaming Iceland 2016, Volcanoes, mountains, hot springs, icebergs, beaches, glaciers the list goes. There is also Reykjavik, Iceland bands, an incest dating app and bad timing (dam you Justin Bieber). Hope you enjoy the read.
I’ve returned to Australia and after 6 weeks in my home of Newtown Sydney, I have finally found an apartment to rent and am no longer homeless. While my Roam around the planet in 2019 has finally finished I aim to have new content out soon regarding travel around London and the USA. In the meantime an earlier re-blog of my trip to a truly unique place, the island of Haiti in 2012…..
And if you are wondering what I am up to now, no immediate adventure plans overseas, however, I have started on brand new job. I have changed careers from the Information Technology industry to a deckhand on Sydney Harbour ferries. I came to the decision that if I cant be traveling then it’s best to be in the tourist industry and what better way than to work on beautiful Sydney Harbour.
I’ll write about this career change in a future update as I hope this change becomes a success , in the meantime however back to Haiti and happy travels….
If you have been reading endlessroaming.com you are aware that I have been blogging about previous adventures across the USA as well as currently Roaming the globe in 2019. I have based myself in Lagos Portugal for the time being, rather than write about this which I intend to get to I thought Id cover some previous adventures, this time I’m writing about my roaming about Haiti in 2012.
At the time Id been in Central America for roughly two months (which Ill blog about at a later date) when I received a message from a friend to come and visit him in Haiti as I was in the region, Cancun Mexico to be exact. My knowledge of Haiti was limited to understanding that’s where Voodoo originated from based on the James Bond movie Live and Let Die, the movie incidentally was not shot on location…

If you have been reading my website at endlessroaming.com
you would be aware that I have been blogging about previous adventures across
the USA, specifically 2012. Ill also write further about other experiences in
the USA and other countries I have been to. I am now in Lagos, Portugal
blogging about Rome. I’m not sure I can give much of a new perspective on one
of the most visited tourist destinations in the world but have a read and let
me know what you think?
It had been 20 years since Id visited the city of Rome, last time it was in 1999 when I was on what is called a Contiki tour. If you are not familiar with this its essentially a party bus with a group of drunken tourists in their teens and early 20s not necessarily taking in much history at all let alone…

If you have been reading my website at endlessroaming.com you would be aware that I have been blogging about previous adventures across the USA, specifically 2012. Ill also write further about other experiences in the USA and other countries I have traveled. I am now in Lagos, Portugal blogging about about my brief four day visit to Istanbul.
This is actually my third trip to Istanbul so the city is familiar to me, I came here 20 years previously and 10 years previously so in a way I was doing my decade anniversary of sorts. On both my previous trips Id spent a while in Turkey exploring the countryside as well as Istanbul, this time however I had only four days before heading to my next destination in Rome so here are some highlights of my brief time.
Istanbul has a population of approximately 15 million people, sitting…
